For more than 30 years, whether it is ethylene cracking furnaces, conversion furnaces, atmospheric and vacuum distillation furnaces, continuous reformers, or delayed coking furnaces, whether cylindrical or box-type structures, we have provided complete, safe, and rational refractory linings. We have a thorough understanding of the operating conditions of various furnace types, as well as the design and application requirements of refractory materials, accumulating extensive practical experience. Our design team has over 20 years of experience and has designed more than 50,000 furnaces. Whether for new construction or expansion projects, we can design safer and more rational refractory fiber linings, providing engineered solutions to make petrochemical furnaces lighter, cleaner, and more efficient, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. Projects include: 11 ethylene cracking furnaces for Zhongsha Petrochemical (1 million tons); more than 20 refinery units for CNPC Yunnan Petrochemical (10 million tons); 30+ refinery units and 4 ethylene cracking furnaces for CNOOC Huizhou Refinery (22 million tons); 8 coal-to-liquid units and 5 ethylene cracking furnaces for Shenhua Ningmei (4 million tons). SUNTHERM was fully involved in the application design, product manufacturing, and installation of all these projects, delivering satisfactory results to our clients. SUNTHERM also participated in the Hengli Petrochemical 20 million tons integrated refinery project, currently the fastest-built and shortest-cycle large-scale petrochemical project in China. The company was responsible for the optimized application design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation of 37 refinery industrial furnaces and 6 ethylene cracking furnaces, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, kerosene hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation, wax hydrocracking, heavy oil hydrocracking, lubricant dewaxing, fluidized bed residue hydrocracking, disproportionation, PX units, and C3/C4 dehydrogenation units. The project extensively utilized new products and structures such as nanoplates and integrated ceramic fiber modules, achieving significant energy savings. This fully demonstrates SUNTHERM’s strong application design capabilities and comprehensive service support. |
