Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber (1600°C)
is a high-performance refractory insulation material manufactured primarily from high-purity alumina through advanced sol-gel or fiberization processes. It features a stable crystalline structure with a continuous operating temperature up to 1600°C, extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, and outstanding high-temperature shrinkage resistance. Compared with conventional ceramic fiber, polycrystalline mullite products provide superior dimensional stability and longer service life under ultra-high-temperature conditions.

Manufactured by double-sided needle punching of continuous mullite fibers, offering excellent flexibility and high-temperature stability.
