RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) and DFTO/VAR (Direct-Fired Thermal Oxidizer) are key technical equipment for controlling VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in air pollution. SUNTHERM actively responds to national environmental protection policies and, leveraging over 30 years of extensive experience in refractory and thermal insulation applications for industrial furnaces, has developed a series of specialized products aimed at providing highly efficient, energy-saving, and superior insulation solutions for furnaces in the environmental protection industry.

In recent years, we have successfully completed a number of landmark projects in this field, including the Zhejiang Petrochemical and Yisheng projects (7 units with 9 tower furnaces) in the petrochemical industry, as well as the Tesla and Guangzhou Evergrande projects in the automotive sector.



To provide reliable, advanced, and safe solutions for industrial dust control, the company has introduced the patented HGF production technology from the United States and developed a new generation of high-end flue gas treatment filter material — high-temperature fiber dust filter tubes.

This product can operate efficiently and stably under high-temperature conditions up to 800℃, achieving ultra-clean particulate emissions below 5 mg/Nm³, and can withstand rapid temperature changes. When used correctly, its service life can reach 5–8 years.
The product has been widely applied in the glass, biomass power generation, non-ferrous metals, waste incineration, and metallurgy industries, demonstrating excellent performance and receiving high recognition from customers.
