Rock wool production line
The raw materials used in the SUNTHERM rock wool production line are basalt, dolomite, binder, etc. The raw materials are loaded into the hopper by a hoist, heated and melted by a melting furnace, and enter the melt supply tank. fibers, which are then sprayed into the fiber forming chamber. During the spraying process, glue is added and the fibers are heated by negative pressure wind. After that, the blower blows hot air into the oven to cure the cotton felt in the oven. The cured product is cut first vertically and then horizontally, and the finished product is packaged and stored.
