SUNHERM ceramic fiber blanket production line
This equipment is for making ceramic fiber blanket. The working principle of the production line: calcined kaolin or other raw materials are mixed with feeding into the melting furnace, the raw materials will maintain an average melting temperature in the furnace, and then the lava will flow to the spinning rollers of the spinning machine, which will turn the lava into fiber, and then the fiber will enter into the cotton machine, through the conveyor belt into the needle machine, the needle machine converts the fiber into a blanket according to the requirements, the ceramic fiber blanket passes through the drying oven into the formed shape, the end is passed through the cutting machine and rolled up.
