When purchasing soluble ceramic fiber shaped parts, you can evaluate their quality from the following aspects:

 

1. Appearance Inspection: High-quality soluble ceramic fiber shaped parts should have a smooth, flat surface without obvious cracks, chips, burrs, or other defects. The fibers should be evenly distributed without clumping or looseness. The color should be uniform; noticeable color differences may indicate uneven raw material mixing or issues in the manufacturing process.

 

2. Dimensional Accuracy: Measure the key dimensions of the shaped parts using appropriate precision tools to see if they meet product specifications. Products with high dimensional accuracy indicate strict process control and precise molds, which ensures better fit and performance during installation and use.

 

 

 

 

3. Density Check: The density of soluble ceramic fiber shaped parts is closely related to their performance. Generally, products with uniform density that falls within the standard range for that type indicate good quality. Too high a density may increase brittleness, while too low a density can affect strength and high-temperature performance. Density can be roughly estimated by weighing the part and calculating its volume.

 

4. Strength Test: Gently press or bend the shaped part by hand (without damaging it) to feel its strength and flexibility. High-quality parts should have sufficient compressive strength and flexibility, and should not easily crack or deform.
