Rock Wool's High-Temperature Resistance Leaps Forward, Precisely Meeting Industrial Kiln Application Needs

Recently, rock wool materials have achieved a major breakthrough in the field of high-temperature resistance. Its thermal conductivity reaches an excellent level in the industry, which can effectively control the surface temperature of kilns and greatly reduce energy consumption loss. After high-pressure needle-punching solidification and hydrophobic coating treatment, the product has significantly improved tensile strength and extremely low water absorption. It can resist kiln vibration and condensed water erosion, and its service life is greatly extended compared with traditional products.

At present, this type of rock wool has completed pilot applications in multiple cement kiln production lines, showing stable performance in the high-temperature areas of kilns without problems such as delamination and falling off. Relevant enterprise leaders stated that the promotion and application of the new-type rock wool will effectively reduce the energy consumption loss and maintenance costs of industrial kilns, and help high-energy-consuming industries achieve green transformation.
