2. Insoluble Fiber Inorganic Boards

Excellent High-Temperature Resistance:

Maintains structural integrity and mechanical performance above 1500 °C; fire resistance rating A, suitable for long-term high-temperature applications such as industrial furnaces and fire barriers.

High Stability:

Water-resistant, freeze-thaw resistant; unlikely to crack or deform in extreme climates; service life up to 50 years.

Combined Thermal Insulation and Fire Resistance:

High closed-cell rate (>95%), low thermal conductivity (≤0.045 W/m·K); effectively blocks heat transfer and prevents fire spread.

 

 

 

3. Usage Recommendations:

Soluble Fiber Boards:

Suitable for locations with high environmental and safety requirements (e.g., public spaces, vehicle interiors), but not for continuous high-temperature environments.

Insoluble Fiber Boards:

Ideal for applications requiring long-term resistance to ultra-high temperatures (>1000 °C) and high stability, such as metallurgical equipment or firewalls.
